TeaKey LLC builds Panel 1 products to order in the case finish and switch type selected by each customer. Please review your configuration before ordering. This policy applies to domestic and international orders and does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Made-to-Order Products
Each Panel 1 is a non-prefabricated product produced after the order is placed for the customer's selected case finish and switch type. Because production and component allocation are committed to that configuration, Panel 1 products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges.
Order Cancellations and Changes
To request a cancellation or configuration change, email teakey@teakey.cc immediately with your order number. If the order has not entered production and component allocation for the selected configuration has not begun, TeaKey will cancel it for a full refund. A request is not complete until TeaKey confirms it in writing. Once production or component allocation has begun, the order cannot be canceled or changed except where applicable law requires otherwise.
If a material production delay changes the advertised shipping window, affected customers will receive the revised estimate and the option to consent to the delay or cancel for a full refund.
European Union and EEA Made-to-Order Exception
Panel 1 is made to the customer's selected configuration. TeaKey therefore treats it as goods made to the consumer's specifications under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive. The 14-day change-of-mind right of withdrawal does not apply to Panel 1. This exception does not limit mandatory rights or remedies for goods that are defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise not in conformity with the order.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Contact us promptly after discovering that a product is defective, arrived damaged, or is not what you ordered. Include your order number and, when useful, photos or video showing the issue. We may troubleshoot or inspect the product and will provide an appropriate replacement part, repair, replacement, or refund as required by applicable law and the circumstances. If we ask you to return a qualifying item, TeaKey will provide or reimburse reasonable return shipping.
Damage After Delivery
Damage caused by accident, misuse, improper installation, unauthorized repair, or modification after delivery is not a product defect. A modification does not remove rights relating to an unrelated defect that existed when the product was delivered.
Discretionary Exceptions
TeaKey may choose to approve a return exception in writing on a case-by-case basis where lawful. This does not create a general right to return a made-to-order product. An approved discretionary return must be unused, complete, and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for tracked return shipping, original outbound shipping is not refundable, and a restocking fee of up to 15% may be deducted. These conditions do not apply to a qualifying defect, TeaKey's error, or a right that cannot be waived by law. Do not send a product back without written authorization.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your financial institution may require additional processing time after Shopify issues the refund.
