Pre-Orders
Our products are currently sold as pre-orders. The following policies apply:
Order Cancellation: You may cancel your pre-order and receive a full refund at any time before the order has shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at teakey@teakey.cc to request cancellation. Once your order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
Returns After Shipment: If your order has already shipped and you wish to return it, please contact us to initiate a return. Once we receive the product back in its original, unmodified condition, we will issue a refund. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
In-Stock Products
For products that are in stock (not pre-orders), returns and refunds are available within 30 days of delivery if the product has a major defect or failure. Minor cosmetic imperfections inherent to the manufacturing process (such as slight variations in 3D-printed parts) do not qualify. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before initiating a return.
Product Modifications
If you have modified the product in any way (altered the hardware, firmware, keycaps, enclosure, etc.), it is no longer eligible for return or refund.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
