Products, Pricing, and Availability
We work to present accurate product descriptions, images, specifications, prices, and inventory. Minor color differences can result from display settings. We may correct errors, update product information, or cancel and refund an order that cannot be fulfilled. Taxes, shipping, and any applicable discounts are shown during checkout.
Made-to-Order Pre-Orders
Panel 1 is a non-prefabricated product made after purchase in the case finish and switch type the customer selects. Panel 1 is also sold by production batch. Batch 1 is scheduled to ship in Q3 2026 and Batch 2 is scheduled to ship in Q4 2026. The batch and estimated shipping window shown on the product page are saved with the item in the cart and order.
Production dates are good-faith estimates and may change. If a material delay changes the advertised window, we will provide the revised estimate and the option to consent to the delay or cancel for a full refund. A cancellation or configuration change is available only before the order enters production or component allocation begins. Once either has begun, made-to-order products cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or exchanged for a change of mind. The full policy is available in our Made-to-Order & Refund Policy.
Payment and Order Acceptance
Payment is captured when the order is placed. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance if payment fails, fraud screening requires cancellation, inventory is unavailable, or the order violates these Terms. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
Shipping, Duties, and Delivery
Shipping destinations, charges, pre-order timing, transit estimates, and international import responsibilities are described in our Shipping Policy. Transit estimates begin after carrier acceptance and are separate from the production window.
Returns and Refunds
Made-to-order limitations, cancellations, defects, discretionary exceptions, and refunds are governed by our Made-to-Order & Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with store operation, submit fraudulent orders, introduce malicious code, scrape the service in a manner that disrupts it, or use the site in violation of applicable law.
Intellectual Property
TeaKey names, product designs, photographs, graphics, text, software, and other store content are owned by TeaKey or used with permission. You may use the site for personal shopping but may not reproduce or commercially exploit its content without written permission.
Third-Party Services
Shopify and other providers support payments, checkout, analytics, communication, and fulfillment. Links to third-party services are provided for convenience, and their own terms and privacy notices apply when you use them.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided on an "as available" basis. TeaKey is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. This section does not exclude liability or remedies that cannot legally be limited, including applicable product, warranty, and consumer-protection rights.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Alabama and applicable United States federal law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their place of residence.
