Processing Time
Batch 1 of the Panel 1 Macro pad ships Q3 2026. Once your order is ready to ship, please allow 1-3 business days for processing before it is handed off to the carrier.
Delivery Time
After your order ships, delivery times depend on the carrier and your location.
- Domestic (United States): 3-7 business days via USPS
- Canada: 7-11 business days
- United Kingdom & European Union: 6-14 business days
- Asia-Pacific: 11-17 business days
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs processing.
Duties, Taxes & Customs
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. Any such fees are not included in our product price or shipping cost and may be collected upon delivery.
The Panel One macro pad is classified under HS code 8471.60 (computer input devices), which is duty-free in most countries under international trade agreements. However, local sales tax or VAT may still apply depending on your country.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Depending on the carrier used, you can track your package through the tracking link provided in your confirmation email.
International Orders
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Sweden, Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, and South Korea. All international orders are final sale. If you need to return an international order, please contact us to discuss options.
Lost or Damaged Packages
